  Each time I set up a delivery, they don't show up and then deliveries just sit there. Call up to find out what's going on and they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them and ruining their day. Was told one time by a vendor that they had not delivered yet because they were "not familiar with the delivery area". Still have not received either of my products, have subsequently cancelled both purchases and recommended to vendors not to use these clowns.
