  I usually choose self check out because is faster unfortunately, I had in my shopping cart two suet cakes for birds but apparently, there was no way to pay for it. The problem was not that the suet cakes did not have bar codes on them, the problem was that they were not even appearing in the search option. I called the assistant on duty at the moment and explained my problem to her. The lady did not even try to find the item in the system, she kept repeating that I needed the big box where they are organized. I was so upset that I told her I no longer wanted to get those two items. The lady did not hesitate to take them back and did not even apologize to me...so incompetent. Now I remember why should keep shopping at Amazon, not only because of their excellent customer service, but also because of the competitive prices.
