  I had my dog since puppy. When we moved from Chicago he was already 9 years old. We started taking my him to this clinic. During the period of 6 years they treated him so well. That was a time he had a snake bite in his ear, and a time he swallowed a small bouncy ball. Every time the clinic always had an appointment us. Many times the doctor waited until we could get there after work.
  Well my dog got very old, he was already 15.
  (108 in dog years), he started to show he wasn't ok.
  I took him to see the doctor, who took the appointment at the same day... he was having tyroid problems. When we started treating him I guess he's liver couldn't coupe and I knew was time to let him go. It was a very hard time for us. I cannot describe how amazing Universal Animal Clinic staff and doctor/owner we're to us. He did everything he could to save him, they even kept him over night for a last hope of recovering. I couldn't afford it, the doctor only charged me a $40 visit for that. They medicated him, gave him food, put out his fever. Next morning when I came by to see him and it was time to euthanize him, my husband was still at work. He couldn't leave early. Doctor just told me don't worry I'll be here when you're ready. He let me spend time with our dog at his premisses I left and we came back later that day. It was almost 5:30 PM. The doctor didn't have any appointments since noon. He just patiently waited for us. He said this dog was my patient and I care for him, he knew how much we loved my dog, it was very hard for my husband to let go.
  I would recommend to anyone this clinic.
  Some places might sound cheaper but the reality is that this clinic it's personal and nowhere else would have done for us what Universal Animal Clinic did.
