  Worst service I ever had. The rep who made my appointment was extremely friendly and helpful. My the process painless and was very understanding.
  However it was a completely story when I arrived for my appointment. First I was told it would take 90 minutes maximum to complete the service. It took them 150 minutes to complete it. The tech made an excuse that there was another vehicle blocking my vehicle. My car is white interior. There was dirt stains on the interior and dashboard. When I left and used my wipers, I was hearing loud rattling noise. Got home to find out that plastic that was supposed to go under the windshield was left on top and got the wipers loose. When I contacted the location I was told I would have to make another appointment to have someone look at it. Fixed the plastic part myself, saw there was old pieces of rubber lining under the hood. My wipers were damaged and I had to buy brand new wipers. This has to be worst windshield experience I ever had. A smaller company would have been much more helpful.
