  I can describe my experience with Massey services as horrible. I needed to call every week to get someone to come out and mow the lawn. I always got an excuse when I called or they told me the lawn had been mowed when it wasn't. When I signed up for the service, I paid the entire year in advance. (I know that was really stupid. But I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Guess not.) I cancelled the service after two months because they never came out to do the job and never delivered what they promised. I have been trying to get my money back for FIVE MONTHS!! Every time I call I get an excuse and a run around, with a promise they will call me back, which they never do. You'd have to be crazy to use this company for any services. It's amazing to me that they can stay in business.
