  The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the two ladies at the front were very sweet and straight-forward! I did not wait long either, which was a plus. Now, the reason why I gave 2 stars for this place is the poor customer service by the lady who took my blood samples. I believe she was hispanic (?), not entirely sure, but she had a terrible personality coupled with her having a cold/allergies (she sniffed a lot). I don’t think she should have been working at the time and I understand her probably being tired, but that’s not an excuse for being unfriendly! Her demeanor made me uncomfortable. Also, she assumed I knew the protocol of what to do, but it’s my first time here and I was told to sit and that’s all. Would not recommend this place other than if it’s the only convenient location. Workers need to smile and be more hospitable!
