  Purchased products for the first time at this Kiehl's while on vacation with my wife. Billy assisted us throughout the process and recommended several products. Anyways, while purchasing additional products yesterday on Cyber Monday, I noticed I didn't have any points. Ended up calling customer service to cancel an order (wife & I made purchases simultaneously without each others knowledge - of course she said I had to cancel mine). While doing so, I inquired about my missing points. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to assist without a receipt. I ended up finding the store we both the items....called and just do happen to speak with Billy who assisted us last year! And of course, his awesome costumer service skills did not fail. He was able to help. Therefore, I thought it was my duty to post this review about Billy and his suberb customer skill set. Billy ROCKS!!!

  You will never be disappointed entering a Kiehls store when it comes to customer service. Absolutely outstanding. Ericka took care of me and explained everything very straightforward and where I could understand how to apply what and when. Thanks for an great shopping experience. You guys are seriously amazing!
