  I've had experience with several nursing facilities in the past, both with family and friends. I found the staff to be friendly and the environment to be warm. I did have some concerns late one evening and was surprised to find the administrator, Scott, still in the facility. He spent a good amount of time with me and my family and resolved the situation immediately. He also provided us his cell phone number to call him with any concerns or suggestions. We've actually contacted him several times and he always follows through. I don't believe you could find a better environment for a rehab facility. Don't take my word for it, tour the facility and meet the staff. You'll be happy you did.
