  PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW search for Spencer Pfleiderer  with the God as my wirness .If you decide to involve yourself in the program please heed the same warning as the bible speaks on and stay alert and mindful and prayerful of everything. I mean everything. The biblecalls us to be good stewards and that extends much farther than just financially. It means in all we do, . The second job they gave me was in a warehouse where we loaded 80 pound bags of concrete for 10 hours a day. After my 3rd day there I found out that i was being paid $8 hour, while the guys that were doing the same exact thing as me were making 13 an hour. So not only was I paying $200 a week to share a room with 8 guys who also payed 200 a week but they were pocketing $5 an hour from my back breaking work plus charging me 13$ a day for a ride to and from the job. Then when confronted with the question and information they said it wasnt true, but i discussed it with both companies. So they also lied to us on top of skimmed our money .If they decide you are not a good fit they keep every cent you make. Which you are not even allowed to control or possess. You give them full power of attorney for the atleast 2 years that you sign off and are obligated to complete or forfeit everything you have made. If they decide your out, your out. They give you some heavy duty trash bags for your clothes walk you to the curb and tell you to have a nice life. I watched it happen to a number of people that made a few mistakes. Hey were drug addicts. We slip and mess up sometimes but it is wrong and dangerous and unGodly to take away a person's hard earned money and shelter and put them on the treet with nothing. A drug addict put into a situation like that is going to do exactly what they have been trained to do for years steal, Rob and get high out of fear anger and desperation, but the ones in charge do not care who they hurt or if they are right or wrong in the matter because they have so much of their own it isn't going to effect them any. There is between 50- 70 guys in th8s program so you do the math. 60 guys × $200 week =12,000 × 52 weeks =$624,000 a year and on top of that they go out and solicit donations from people and company's all over Florida. Oh but they are a non-profit organization. Yeah right. It is sad.
